The JIB-NFA began the JIB Franchisees Relief Foundation in September of 2017 following Hurricane Harvey.
The purpose of foundation is to provide immediate need-based relief to individuals who are victims of a Presidentially declared natural disaster or pandemic, and as a result, find themselves in a distressed condition, and more specially to:
- Temporarily assist such individuals in need of food or shelter when stranded, injured, or lost because of a disaster.
- Temporarily assist such individuals in need of short-term assistance with housing, childcare, educational expenses or counseling because of a disaster.
- Temporarily assist those affected by a nationally declared pandemic.
